Welcome to ZenVika! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenVika mobile application ("App"), including its guided meditations, manifestation techniques, informational audios and associated services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Introduction

ZenVika is a mobile app offering guided meditations and manifestation techniques. The App may function offline, includes advertisements, and offers a free and paid "Pro" version. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and ZenVika ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.
Not be barred from using the App under applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Registration

Users can access the App anonymously or create an account by providing an email and password or logging in via Google. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ZenVika offers a free version and a paid "Pro" version. The subscription costs are:

Monthly: €13.88
Yearly: €111.44

Payments are processed via in-app purchases. Refunds are not provided, but you can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Subscription access will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Failure to pay for a subscription may result in loss of access to "Pro" features.

5. Content Ownership

All content within the App, including guided meditations, graphics, and features, is owned by ZenVika. You may not copy, distribute, or share subscription-based content outside the App. User-generated content (e.g., bio, profile picture, background picture) remains your property and will not be used outside the App. By default we apply an all-rights-reserved policy to protect content on the app to the maximum extent

6. User Conduct

By using ZenVika, you agree to:

Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Refrain from publicly sharing subscription-based content or using the App inappropriately.

7. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The App displays ads via third-party services such as AdMob. These services may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. By using the App, you consent to data sharing with such services for ad delivery and analytics.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal information, including your email, password, profile bio, profile picture, and background picture. Your data is shared with third-party services like AdMob to support advertisements. ZenVika is not responsible for how the advertisement companies are using your data. ZenVika complies with applicable data protection regulations, but you are responsible for securing your account credentials.

9. Disclaimer

ZenVika provides meditations and manifestation techniques for relaxation and self-improvement purposes. However:

The App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

10. Suspension and Termination

ZenVika may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited behavior.

11. Changes to the Terms

ZenVika reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available within the App, and your continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the EU. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of this country.
